Deeper Than Blood

Juliet nodded. "Alright." She kept up using her powers to break the bars to go with Geode's fire to soon break them.

Geode climbed out with Juliet on his back and smiled at her "Good job" He said smiling.

"Same to you." She smiled at him holding onto him.
Mr. Knight watched and clapped. "Its funny, how I take away something from both of you and you can still make it out without those. The feeling will come back later." He said calmly drinking his coffee.

Geode looked at Mr Knight for a moment with an evil eye then looked backat Juliet "Lets ditch this place" He left with Juliet on his back

Mr. Knight just laughed. "Time to work." He went back to the lab with the blood samples.
Juliet looked down. "Geode, whats a dad?"

"One of the two people who contributed in your birth." Geode said "Theyre related to ou biologically." He looked down a bit "If that was your father... Hes mean."

Juliet nodded. "Yeah....I don't like him. Whats birth?" She tipped her head a bit asking him.

Geode looked at her for a second, "They really didnt teach you anythign in the lab did they?"

Juliet looked down. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to be stupid." She laid her head on him as she held onto him.

"It isnt your fault, they didn't teach you there." He took her to his house, "How long do you think we will be without mobility in out arms and legs?"

"I think just a bit longer....it shouldn't hurt much longer, I've been through this before." She said as they got in. She let go of him and fell to the ground but held herself up with her hands. "Geode....whats wrong with me?" She lowered her ears. "I feel like such a idiot.."

Geode sat next to her, his arms hanging by his side, "Nothings wrong with you Juliet, They just didn't teach you much thats all."

"No.." Juliet looked up at him. "Everythings wrong with me...What else didn't they teach me Geode?"

What else do you not know aobut? And there is nothign wrong with you"

"I don't get that Geode...how am I supposed to know what I don't know about? And you don't think there is anything wrong with me?" She said and kicked her one leg getting some feeling in it but it hurt a bit.

Geode slowly moved his arms "I mean is there anything you dontget?"

Juliet nodded and looked at him. "Love."

"Love?" Geode looked at her "It's when you feel strong feelings towards a person. You kissed me so intensely before we got recaptured that i swore you loved me."

Juliet looked at him, her ears low and her eyes were about to tear up. She pulled herself close to him and kissed him on the lips very romantically so he could tell she did love him. "With all my being Geode...everything."

Geode blushed a bit and kissed back

Juliet kept kissing him then broke it a bit later. "I'm more shocked you love me."

"You shouldnt be, you are an amazing girl Juliet" He said

Juliet's cheeks got a bit red. "I'm glad you think that...thank you. And Geode, thank you for protecting me with your chains eariler....you are amazing."

"It was no problem I love you i wont let them hurt you" Geode said smiling and kissed her slightly, wanna go inside?"

Juliet smiled, she was so grateful she had him. She had kissed him back and nodded. "Yeah we should....can you use your arms?" She slowly got up with her legs shaking.
