Deeper Than Blood

Julie was smiling abit through tears and sniffled stopping. "No...I'm happy Dean...I knew you were lying. I just wanted to hear it from you."

"I think shes..tasting your blood Geode."
Juliet was trying to clean his wounds but Dason his head. "He said its alright now stop Juliet."
Juliet stopped and let go of Geode's hand and looked down.

The guy growled and went to stab Riley but Rain pulled her out of the way, getting stabbed in the stomach
Rain grabbed the guy's sword with one hand despite it cutting into him and drove his sword through the guys heart, killing him


"What do you mean? Would you rather I stay?"


Hale was sitting at that bus stop

"Actually if tthose wolf ears are a sign of what i think, she was cleaning my wounds the way a wolf would" Geode said


"Y-youre happy?"


Miranda looked at him "Hello"

"Well you know more about this girl than I do."

Riley watched. "RAIN!" She ran to him. "Why did you do that?!!?"

"Must just be what she thought she could do." Dason said wrapping Geode's wounds with cloth. "Maybe we should all go rest for a bit."

Julie nodded. "You aren't lying to me anymore...it hurt me that you did lie but you felt bad and admitted it."

"I don't know much about her to be honest, but I do want to make sure she's full okay, so I can stick around"


"I...din't want...you...to be hurt...sister"
He pulled the sword out cutting his other hand as he did and collapsed


"Ever feel like someone's been stalking you recently?" he asked not looking at her

"Yeah" Geode said gently patting Juliets head


"You are the only person i cant lie to sis"



"Yes" Miranda said

"Good." Julie smiled facing him again. "I won't ever lie to you."

Juliet's ear were down playfully now and started smiling as he did.
Dason looked at her and smiled with her. "Thats the first time in years.."

"Good.." Liviana started waking up.

Riley gasped and pulled him home and tried to help clean his wounds and wrap them up.

Dean smiled and huged her


"She doesnt smile much?" Geode asked

Rain was bleeding badly


Laguna looked down at her as she did


"Then do me a small favour? Your life will depend on it"

"You were through what she was through Geode but she was in it longer, more years and it gave her pain a lot of pain. I've only seen her smile once and that was when I took her to the beach the one day."
Dason remembered.

Julie hugged him tightly. "You tired bro?"

Riley tied the wounds up tightly. "Rain!! Wake up! Please! Don't leave me here alone!"

"Who....?" she looked and saw Laguna. "Hi.."

"Hi there, how you feeling?"


Rain was barely conscious and his vision was blurry
"Sister?"

"Whats the favor?'' Miranda asked


"Dason, Every last one of us remembers the torture we went through" Geode said "Especially Levitas and me." He kept petting Juliet "It haunts us in our dreams and yet... It still isnt over. Because if your father finds a way to get us back in that lab, i can almost guarentee things will continue."

"A bit" Dean said

"Geode. I'm sorry....really I am...I wish I could change everything but I can't. I know it haunts you, everyday it haunted me to hear people scream and watch them leave their normal life. Can you forgive me Geode?"
He watched Juliet still smile and nodded. "No one will get taken by my father again Geode, if they do I'll make sure I get hurt and not them. But you have to promise me something."

"Rain...?"

"I'm fine...my side hurts, how are you?"

"Then go to sleep brother."

"Just happy to know you're near"
He gave a weak smile


"I'm good thanks. Thanks to this girl here who took us in and healed us both"


"Duck"

"Alright sis" Dean said closing his eyes


"I forgive you Dason" He looked at him "What do you want me to promise



Miranda ducked

Julie closed her's too.

"I need you to promise me that no matter what happens you'll take care of Juliet if I can't be around."

"I'm right here Rain, not going anywhere." She smiled.

"Ohh....I see." She looked up at 211. "Thank you."

"I promise Dason, withmy life"

"Hey sis...can I ask you something?"


Laguna sat down on a nearby chair


A hand made of Earth reached out over her and grabbed a figure as it lunged at Miranda, the hand catching it with the figures hand inches from Miranda's face

"What the" Miranda said

"Yeah you can Rain."

"thank you." He smiled and pulled Juliet over to hug her. "I'll be back." He looked up at Geode. "I want to try and free some of those others from the lab. I'll meet with you two again later."

"He's been stalking you for a while, and I'v been stalking him to stop him hurting you"


"Is it wrong for a brother and a sister to be in love?"

"Thanks" Miranda said


"See you soon Dson"

Dason gave Geode a hug too then turned and left.
Juliet turned to Geode.

"To be...in love?" Riley shook her head. "I don't know Rain. Why?"

Rain stayed silent for a moment then shook his head
"No reason"


"No problem"
The earth hand started to crack and the figure freed himself

Miranda looked at the figure


Geode watched dason go"Everything willwork out Juliet" he said
