"Miranda and I will take care of you"


Rai held his head
"Y...yeah I'm fine thanks"
Rai's father came along and looked him
"Worthless trash"
He kicked Rai aside and looked at Geode
"Hello there Geode, slain any Witches recently?" he asked giving him a big, friendly smile

"I just want a mom....thats all I ever wanted!" Innocent went and hid somewhere in Clair's house.

"Ill be ok with it"


Miranda kept trying to no avail her eyes got all teary *Not here!* a sudden rush of adrenaline gave her extra strenght and power she was able to push it off but was extremely exhausted from it



"Not recently no" Geode said "I dont know whats wrong with me but i cant bring myself to do it"

Clair sighed a little and went into her house


His face turned stern
"Do you need a lesson in how dangerous and pathetic Witches are? They need to be slain, every last one of them"
"Says the man who screwed and had a kid with one" Rai spat out

"Ok Elijah." She gave a small smile. "Thank you...I really do."

Innocent hid somewhere and cried silently. "How come no one wants me...?"

"I already killed my own mother for the witch slaying cause i think that may weigh heavily on my concious" Geode said

Miranda appeared with the doll in her hands


"Lets go then"

Juliet nodded. "Ok."

Clair took the doll and gave it to Innocent


"Whatever...your a lousy excuse for a father. I'm going to go find my mother"
Rai stood up
"Thanks for the help Geode"
He walked off

Innocent ignored the doll crying her eyes out.

"Hey Rai wait up." Geode went to him "How would your father take me quitting witch slaying for awhile?"

Elijah took her around looking for geode

Miranda colapsed

Rai put his thumb to his throat and slid it across
"You'd be on his hitlist in an instant. Besides, I thought you liked Witch slaying?"


Clair gave her the doll and got a Witch to help Miranda

Innocent threw the doll down and left unnoticed.

Juliet looked around for Geode holding onto Elijah's hand.

"Not anymore... The last one i killed a month ago put a curse on me i see every face of the witches i killed everytime i go to kill another one... those faces... their people ya know... it hurts now"


Miranda looked at the witch "Bring innocent to me"

"We can wait at my house for him"

"I'll just give up...he probably won't like me.."

"I'v always known that. I don't kill Witches...I have a conscience unlike my father"


The Witch nodded but couldn't find her
"She's gone..."

"Yeah..." Geode sighed "If i let a third go ill just quit"


"You should still try"


Miranda got up "I gotta find her..." she walked out "Innocent!" she called weakly

Innocent ended up walking around the streets holding the doll.

Juliet looked at him. "Do I even have a chance?"

There was a maniacal laughter from behind Juliet and Elijah


"What's done this to you? there must have been someone different that's really cemented this in your mind"

Elijah looked behind him


"I dont really know" Geode sighed "I did kill my mother"


"Innocent!" Miranda ran to her

Juliet turned around hearing the laughing.

Innocent turned to Miranda and looked at her with a sad quiet face. A single tear ran down her cheek.

Stella was sitting on a rock laughing at them
"Witch an Human sitting in a tree, k.i.s.s.i.n.g...oh wait...she wants a Witch Slayer? How ironic" she laughed


"Yeah that wasn't a clever thing to do...do you wanna redeem yourself?"

"So what?! Back off Witch!"

"Who are you?" Eli asked


"Ill be your mommy" Miranda said "Untill we find your real mommy"

Geode nodded "Yes"

Innocent sniffled a bit. "No you just feel sorry...its ok."

"Thats not it Innocent I want to be your mommy"
