[Well it's a stupid idea but...the basic concept is every Human as a 'Psy level', which is a basic level of Psychic powers, measured by a number. Most normal Humans have a level of 1, which means they can't do anything with the Psy powers. But others who have a level higher than one can manipulate the energy to do different things. Not just moving things with their mind, but for example Rai's Psy level might manifest as Thunder manipulation, Juliet's would likely be Ice. And I had an idea that there would be a school along the vein on Merlin designed to train young people with a higher Psy Level than 1 to use their powers]

(Oh, i'm a bit confused with that oneXD)

Liviana smiled and got dressed. "Thank you."

[Give me a few minutes and I'll explain it XD
But in summary it's a School RP with powers with just another excuse as to why they have powers]

Laguna got dressed

Liviana smiled. "Now where were we? On the couch?"

Laguna laughed and nodded then sat down on the couch

[Okay, it's kinda like this. Everyone in this version of Earth has a very low level of Psychic power from the day they are born. Most people can't tap into this and therefore they are given a level of '1' to represent this. However, there are a few people who are born with the ability to tap into this level, because the level of Psychic energy they have is higher (anything from 2 upwards, with 2 meaning they have double the Psychic level as an average Human, 3 meaning triple, 4 meaning quadruple e.t.c. Someone, though I haven't decided who yet (if I even make this crappy RP) has set up a School to teach young people how to control the powers they gain from this Psychic Level. Normally when you think of Psychic powers you think of stuff Alakazam can do like moving shtuff with your mind. In this RP, it manifests in all different ways. For example, Rai's could manifest as the ability to control Thunder. Juliet's could manifest as the ability to control Ice. I'll also think of a villain if I make the RP and a plot so I can give you plot twists]

Liviana smiled and kept kissing.

Laguna kept kissing better then made it French

Geode hugged her "Ill be fine"

Liviana made it a bit seductive.

Juliet looked down hugging him back.

Eden blushed. "I'm glad i could.."

Dason laughed. "I did my job, thats all i have to say."

[Well this is usually the point where you two tell me how amazing my RP will be cause i know if i say another negative thing Rachel's gonna get offline.]

Laguna laughed and made it equally as shmexy
